Weekly Class on Tuesday January 9th through February 6th from 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm

Join Jessica for a nurturing 5-week series of Prenatal Yoga classes. This 75 minute class will adapt traditional yoga postures for the specific needs of pregnancy and postnatal self-care through yoga movements and breath work. The class will also aid in relieving tension and guiding you on how to remain calm and balanced, important skills during labor and delivery.
